Welcome to Findlovve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Findlovve (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Findlovve.
- You must not be barred from using Findlovve under Indian law or the laws of your country of residence.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
- You must not have had a previous Findlovve account suspended or terminated.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information — including your real name, age, and photos of yourself.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@findlovve.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person.
3. Community Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Findlovve is a place for adults looking for genuine connections. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities where required:
- Impersonating another person or using stolen photos (catfishing).
- Any interaction with minors or attempts to solicit minors.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on race, caste, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or non-consensual imagery.
- Commercial solicitation, prostitution, escort services, sugar dating, or any exchange of intimacy for money.
- Spamming, phishing, romance scams, or any deceptive financial requests.
- Sharing another user's private information (doxxing) without consent.
- Uploading malware, disrupting services, or reverse-engineering the platform.
- Illegal drug or weapon promotion.
- Any conduct that violates Indian law.

4. Content Ownership & License
You own the content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant Findlovve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Premium Plans
- Findlovve Plus — ₹499 for 30 days. Includes unlimited swipes, 5 super likes/day, rewind, and 1 boost within the 30-day period.
- Findlovve Gold — ₹999 for 30 days. Includes all Plus features, see-who-liked-you, 25 super likes/day, 5 boosts, and priority in the queue.
- Payment is a one-time UPI transfer. Plans do not auto-renew — you choose to pay again after 30 days if you want to continue.

- Prices are inclusive of GST.
6. Fees & Taxes
Prices displayed include GST. There are no card, wallet, or gateway fees — you pay directly from your UPI app to us via a standard IMPS/UPI transfer. Your UPI app may occasionally show a bank message about UPI charges above ₹1 lakh — none of our plans reach that threshold.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Indian law. On termination, an active premium period is not refunded unless required by law.
8. Disclaimers
Findlovve provides matching opportunities — not guarantees. We do not verify statements made by users (except where they submit to voluntary verification). Any decision to meet another user in person, share personal information, or engage in a relationship is entirely your own. Please meet in public places, tell a friend, and use common sense.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findlovve is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 — whichever is higher.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, please try to resolve the issue by contacting us at support@findlovve.com. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration seated in New Delhi, in English.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
